We built our own highly customized 3D scanning and vision system powered by advanced microcontrollers and the NVIDIA Jetson ecosystem. This system scans your beds to determine the precise size, geometry, and location of every mushroom.

Automated Packing

Our solution is to parallelize the process. Using special "blue belts" integrated into harvesting trolleys, the belt shuttles mushrooms to the automated packing unit for cutting, weighing, and boxing.

Decision Assisted Pointing

Our gripper features a rigid "backbone" to transfer force and soft "flesh" to conform to the mushroom cap. Our robot fingers wear the exact same blue nitrile gloves that your human pickers use.
